What is your experience in building summits?
Over 10 years, our team has produced 400+ summits, giving us plenty of know-how on running successful virtual events. Our virtual summits bring together the community to provide them with valuable information, tools, and techniques for specific market niches. The summits are run on Zoom. These events usually last 1-10 days, and will be adjusted depending on the number of speakers and attendees.
What are the benefits of being in your virtual summit?
1. Expand Your Reach: As a virtual summit speaker it gives you the opportunity to reach a global audience.
2. Feature Your Expertise: Virtual summits are a great way to showcase your expertise and build credibility. You can demonstrate your knowledge and position yourself as an authority in your field.
3. Generate Leads: Virtual summits can be used to generate leads and grow your business. They provide an opportunity to engage with potential customers and build relationships.
Who will own the rights and have access to the interview after the summit?
We will own the rights to the summit interview video. However, you will get a copy of the interview video upon request, and if for any reason you do not want your video displayed on social media you simply request that from us and we will gladly accommodate your request.
What is expected of speakers to participate in the summit?
We only require these 3 things from our expert speakers in order to participate in the event:
1. Fill out the form we emailed to you after our initial call so we can collect your headshot, bio, free gift link, etc.
2. Show up to the interview as agreed. If it's a recorded session, please be on time. If it's a live sessions, please be approximately 10 minutes early for the event and plan to stay about 10 minutes after to answer any Q&A in the chat. This will help drive people to your free gift and build your email list.
3. To help bring a large audience to the summit to hear everyone's interviews, we suggest that every speaker send out 2-3 emails to their list. We create the emails for you, so all you need to do is cut and paste. We never get access to your list; you have full control. By you and all the other speakers inviting their audience to the summit, your reach as a speaker becomes much larger and much more engaged.
Do I have to promote the event via social media?
No, you do not have to promote on social media. We have found that the number of people registering for the event through social media posts and promotions are fairly small compared to email list promotions, which are quite substantial. So social media postings to promote the event is completely optional.
Is there a charge to be and expert speaker in the event or to the attendees?
No. Our summits are free for both speakers and attendees. To gain lifetime access to each session, attendees may upgrade for just $27. This helps us cover the costs of running the event.
How do speakers generate leads from the event?
Summits provide you with an opportunity to offer a free digital gift to attendees on your site (such as pdf, video, ebook, etc.). When people sign up for your free gift, you can add them to your marketing funnel to generate revenue.
Can we sell on the interviews?
We kindly ask that speakers not sell their products and programs during our summits. This is to ensure that the event is all about giving to the community, and not a pitch fest. This will make it so the audience feels more comfortable accepting your free gift. Once they have opted into your free gift, you are certainly welcome to offer your paid products and services to them whenever you wish.
How long are the interviews?
We offer two types of interviews. Live interviews and recorded interviews.
Live Interviews: For a successful live interview, we require speakers to arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled 30 minute duration. This allows us to be prepared to showcase you during the event. We will stick to the questions you’ve provided and will have a dedicated team onsite to manage any technical issues that may arise and ensure a smooth event. Additionally, our team will also create a unique landing page with your headshot, bio, free gift link, and contact information.
Recorded Interviews: Recorded interviews are somewhat flexible and typically last between 30 to 45 minutes. We kindly ask speakers to show up on time for these interviews and we'll review the details before the interview begins.
